Specialized in induction hardening, AAGES HTC has completed its equipment park with a VHM 1600-100 type installation for induction hardening used for hardening gear wheels with a diameter of up to 600 mm and axles with a maximum length of 1600 mm, making layers with a depth of 1.5 … 5 mm.

For parts that require hardening at 100 kHz, we have at our disposal the universal installation type VHM 1000-100 with which external and internal surfaces are hardened, making layers of 0.8 … 3 mm.

Thus we cover a wide range of semi-finished products starting from axles, cams, plates, bolts, pinions, bushings, bearings, wheels, gears and other machine parts.

The experience of AAGES HTC specialists and the performance of the facilities provided guarantee the quality of the services offered.

To achieve special tempering profiles, we use inductors equipped with field concentrators.

The quality control by which we verify and guarantee the hardness and depth of the hardened layer is carried out in our laboratory equipped with facilities for destructive analysis to determine the hardened layer as well as non-destructive analysis to determine the hardness on the surface.
